Course
Description
The
Inner Knowing Course (IK) is designed to awaken your aliveness,
hope and passion. IK is an intense self-awareness weekend.
Are
you ready for a breakthrough to the next level living?
This
course creates a spontaneous, safe environment allowing us to
genuinely try on new ways of being or new experiences of the self
for the purpose of moving towards the "true self"; the
one that values contribution, connection, and love above all.
The
Inner Knowing Course provides an individualized experience. With
a maximum of 18 students, each student has the opportunity to
truly and deeply investigate their history and their future in
an intense, caring, and awe-filled journey.
The
IK Course assists seekers to understand the depths of what lives
in the unconscious (both personally and collectively). And from
this place of understanding - build towards a life of creativity,
contribution and love.
More
than we know, our lives are dictated by lineage and childhood
patterning (ways of surviving). This patterning is like a code
that travels with us - beneath our level of conscious, day to
day living. Apolonia guides students to see this sub-conscious
code and how it operates in our lives. IK teaches us how being
present and aware gives us the ability to unwind the knots of
our unconscious programming.
All
of the movements/exercises - including gestalts, breathwork, NLP,
meditation, dance, and kinesiology - are designed by Apolonia
to guide students towards opening the self towards more congruency
- moving with hope - beyond the lineage patterns we all carry
towards a future of fulfillment.
The
experience of the course is liberation for many, because it demonstrates
that nourishing ourselves deeply can change our realties. And
then the excitement and passion for living and knowing deeply
our true selves may be embraced fully.
The
Inner Knowing course is not about fixing issues in life. It is
about unlocking and rebirth. It is always the view of Apolonia
and CIK that at the level of the "issue" there are no
solutions that go beyond a temporary retraining of the personality/ego
structure. Instead, the IK course seeks to change the original
structures (learned in childhood) and move unconscious blocks
(with deep realness in our emotions). And in the new openings
created - encourage the expression of the deeper more connected
self with compassion, believing and love.
Read an interview with Apolonia to learn more.
Assisting
the Inner Knowing Course: After
completing the IK course there is Part 2 - being a first time
assistant in the IK course! Because this is the second part of
the IK course there is no tuition for first time assistants. And
then students may assist the course for a tuition of $75.
